Due to the nature of the product, we basically do not accept any cancellation nor return of item after you completed your purchase. However, we will accept the exchange/return of the item only if it is a defective product. If that is a case, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery. About Exchanging Your Item

In case of shipping error or defective product, we will immediately exchange your item at our cost.
